Who is responsible?
This site is operated by Patagonia Design Labs, a trade name under which an independent professional (software engineer) works and issues service invoices (boletas de honorarios) in accordance with Chilean tax authority (SII) regulations. What data do we collect?
Through the contact form, we collect only the information you voluntarily provide: name, company or organization, email address, type of project of interest, approximate budget range, and a free-form project description. We do not collect sensitive data or data from minors.
How do we use your data?
Form data is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry, assess the feasibility of a collaboration, and follow up on potential technology projects. We do not use your data for mass marketing campaigns or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
How long do we keep your data?
Data is retained for as long as necessary to manage the working relationship or while there is a legitimate interest in following up on a project. You may request deletion at any time by writing to rcampos.tapia@gmail.com.

This site uses the following external services, each with its own privacy policy:
