Who is responsible?
This site is operated by Patagonia Design Labs, a Chilean digital studio represented by Rodrigo Campos (software engineer), who issues service invoices (boletas de honorarios) in accordance with Chilean tax authority (SII) regulations. The team consists of Rodrigo Campos (representative) and Brjan Galaz (developer), both of whom may access submitted inquiries in the course of their duties. What data do we collect?
Through the contact form, we collect only the information you voluntarily provide: name, company or organization, email address, type of project of interest, approximate budget range, and a free-form project description. We do not collect sensitive data or data from minors.
How do we use your data?
Form data is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry, assess the feasibility of a collaboration, and follow up on potential technology projects. We do not use your data for mass marketing campaigns or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
How long do we keep your data?
Data is retained for as long as necessary to manage the working relationship or while there is a legitimate interest in following up on a project. You may request deletion at any time by writing to rodrigo@patagoniadesignlabs.com.
Third-party services
This site uses the following external services, each with its own privacy policy:
- Gmail (Google) — email service used to receive and manage messages submitted through the contact form.
- Resend — transactional email platform used to dispatch messages submitted through the contact form.
- Railway — infrastructure and backend hosting platform used for studio projects and automations.
- Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights — web performance analysis tools that collect anonymous, aggregated data about site usage (no individual user identification).
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics operates anonymously and does not install personal identification cookies.
Your rights
